I have a question for you, I really hope you can help me out. So, I have a phpmyadmin account on a certain server... Is there any shell or other way I could use to get ALL PRIVILEGES ? Just like the root does... I have an account with the CREATE USER attribute but it cannot GRANT anything... I can only make accounts with the USAGE attribute Thank you!! They are mostly low priority servers - like edu or small companies.
