Do a google search for it. Once you install active perl, copy and paste a perl script into a text document. Change the .txt to a .pl file move the .pl file to your "perl/bin" directory click "run" in windows and type "cmd" goto your "perl/bin" within the command prompts type in "perl <NAME OF EXPLOIT>.pl Follow the directions of the script. It took me a few tries to get the hang of it, but it is pretty easy. To see if the exploit is perl, take a look at the top of the exploit, if it says something like "#!/usr/bin/perl" at the top, then you are good to go!
