I have a problem with this script first I believe in my cpanel the data base I assign a user to him and password soon I publish the archives db_mysql I raise them by FTP but always it throws east error to me does not connect to the data base the data base is new and this cleaning as it can be the problem?

Hi, this is my first post here, i hope i can help a lil.
The problem you have is because you login to make the database to your cpanel with root or reseller password, delete the database and reenter with the user password and login and redo it.
