I got access to phpmyadmin.
I can upload files with
SELECT * FROM `upshell` INTO OUTFILE '/home/httpd/html/htdocs/images/up.php';
when i try to upload form to upload shell or include a htttp shell its tell me when i run up.php on the website.
I dont have privilege it say

in the "owned by uid 512" you should find the root user, or scaling the privilegies |

root linux user not mysql.
if you can read files then you have many options.
try using mysql to read /etc/passwd ... match passwords with mysql users or other passwords you have gathered. |
