I want to retrieve local administrator account..i used saminside, lophtcrack and cain & abiel. I get the following
Administrator:"":"":AAD3B435B51404EEAAD3B435B51404EE:37BF331A1A0E5FAC3D743B2789AC16B0
Now when i put my hash in the website.
http://www.md5decrypter.co.uk/ntlm-decrypt.aspx
it says hash not found? The strange thing is when i used the utility provided in sam inside which is ntlm hash generator i enter the password and it generate me the hash. The hash provided there is different from what i get in NTLM has section of these tools. If i put the hash on the website it cracks open my password in matter of second.
Is this because im running these tools from my domain account and not the actual administrator? My password is 8 characters...Please help
thank you |
