I would use Navicat to log into the DB server on the given port (3306?) you may get lucky and the uname/pass is the same for webserver. I would use PuTTy and login through ssh. Also try scanning the server for admin login's. They may be the same uname/pass. And dont overlook phpmyadmin and/or cpanel and/or FTP. Just four things I would try.
