I have a phpcipher.bin file and an associated php file. The phpcipher.bin file has been decrypted and coded.

I would now like to decrypt the associated php file. Is this easy (easier) to do now that the phpcipher.bin file has been decrypted and coded, and if so, what would be the best method to do this?

Thanks for any help.

Hi Cyko,

Thanks for the reply Smile

I have a limited understanding of PHP, but as the file is encrypted it doesn't help me.

My query was in regard to the decrypting of the file more than the content of the PHP file. Sorry if the post was ambiguous.

I was hoping that as I already have the phpcipher.bin file decrypted (and coded), this may have made decoding the associated .php file easier? Or not...

Thanks again.

Your file(s) are encoded with phpCipher, which is a cipher - ciphers require a key to be deciphered (decoded), the key is within the phpCipher loader (phpcipher.bin) - however the loader is encoded (using Zend) - theirfore deZend (decode) that - and with some php knowledge you can decode your phpCipher'd files, by using the decoded phpCipher loader.

Thank you.

As the phpCipher loader (phpCipher.bin) is already decoded, I can use that to decode my phpCiphered files? Thanks for the help.

I'll have a hunt around and see if I can find how to do this...

Thanks again Smile

Ok, I've had a long look around, it seems there are many people offering to decrypt the phpcypher.bin file.

As my phpcypher.bin file has already been decrypted, but it's the associated php files that I want decrypting, is this a different thing? Anybody point me in the right direction?

It's not that I mind paying somebody to do this for me, it's just that I'd much prefer to learn to do it myself...

Smile
