Posted: Sat Jan 02, 2010 8:17 pm WarCrazy Beginner Joined: Jan 02, 2010 Posts: 1 Ok i'm new to this seen, i need to learn how to tell what phpbb a site is running on. And how to run a exploit on it. I downloaded both metasploit and ActivePerl. But i honestly don't know how to use either. I'm trying to get the admincp at "ftb2coderz.com", they are running on free forum(tk) on paid domain. I've looked at a few tutorials and they threw me off big time, some saying use metasploit and others saying uses a perl and save source codes into a notepad file as a .pl in the C:\ area. And one looked extremely easy using cookies, but it was the wrong phpbb. I'm not asking for someone to hold my hand, I'm a quick learner. I just need someone that knows what they are talking about to help me with this.
