Thats what i just told you, the fact that the md5 is salted makes it very dificult to generate rainbow tables because the salt is a big variable.
I have yet to find an "all purpose salted rainbow table".
are you understanding me ? |

Salted hashes and rainbow tables do not fit together. Such rainbow tables will be too big for practical use. |

Anyone had any idea what salt is used here? It's a Joomla 1.5 password but i don't think md5($pass.$salt) is the case here...?
Maybe someone with some more power is willing to crack is as well ?
