When I try to download the database backup in some forums I can't. It seems to be too big, and if I try to compress it using gzip the server runs out of memory and drops it, for example, when I downloaded 10 mb. How can I download it then? Or at least download the phpbb_users table.

I have no access to the mysql server, all I can access is the admin panel in phpbb. Any other suggestion?
