generally if you see a file having this kind of shebang line (#!/path/to/binary) then it's intended for (linux) command line use. the line is just so you can run the file itself instead of having to run the binary and telling that to use the file.

so in your case #!/usr/bin/php shows you that you have a script that uses php. of course, the shebang line doesn't hold any meaning for windows systems. the only thing you need to do there is go to the command line, change into the directory with the script and run the php exe. if you have php's directory in your Windows PATH system variable you just need to type in
Code:
php file.php

if not, you will have to specify the whole path to php.exe. example:
Code:
c:\php\php.exe file.php

hope that helps you understand it Smile

In windows system

PHP files are scripts that are interpreted by PHP (php.exe on Windows). The convert to exe files, it is easy to distribute PHP applications for Windows users. Unfortunately, Zend, the PHP company, does not provide a way to convert PHP for Windows executables, To exploit a feat in PHP, must using "Bamcompile" to compile your feat and then runs into EXE under Winos
Bamcompile Compiler/Embedder is a free command line tool to convert PHP applications to standalone Windows .exe applications.

Code:
