Not much you can do unless you get get through somewhere else. It's an extra login set up by the owner of the site. The password for this popup is stored in a .htpasswd file somewhere on the server, mostly in the home directory. If you're lucky, the popup goes away after clicking the cancel button a few times but if the owner has set it up correctly, there's no way of getting in except for some special ways (which i'm sure some other members here know way better than I do). I'm sure it's been set up correctly, because there are instructions given in the ACP and if you follow them there's no way something to go wrong....
