what can i do in windows 2003 as IUSR? |

well got a shell uploaded to a web server running windows 2003, php, mysql 5, IIS 6.0, and would like to get root.
ive tried every command i knew but they are blocked, ive tried downloading the repair folder content but cant do.
The server is running MSFTPSVC, where are the password stored for that ftp? at SAM?
is there a way i can retrieve SAM, or maybe sniff data??
any help would be appreciated,

| You need better privileges for sniffing the network unless there is pcap allready installed. So search for possible privilege escalations (local root exploits). Shatter attacks, device driver vulnerabilities, ACL weaknesses in filesystem, registry or services, etc. |
