Decrypt Encrypted files on Windows XP

Please help me:
Unfortunately i have done a format and install clean operating system again(xp)! And i am unable to decrypt my originally encrypted files. Is there any possible way to decrypt ? I tried more software for decrypt my file, but not works Sad

As far as I know files are encrypted and decrypted multiple times by obfuscations of the user password.
You might try to change your current password to your old password and try to decrypt it.

Otherwise I have no idea.
