I was wondering if anybody knows the type of encryption that the photo gallery script "Gallery" uses? (Homepage is at gallery.menalto.com).
I took a look at the file that holds a user's information and under password I found:
slmEcbf41f95430f82726132d56f18744519
Now, the "slmE" bit looks like salting, the rest after that seems like md5. I already have it going at plain-text to see if that manages to crack the hash, but I am unsure if that hash IS md5.
I've become very interested in md5 hashes over the past few days, kinda funny... |
