iam hacked site its version is 4 and iam guess so much but icant know any one know way to know the name of tables and columnes |

There is no easy way to this.
You can try educated guess or wordlist/bruteforce methods.
And analyze target website html form source code - POST parameters naming tends to correlate with SQL database schema naming |
