I was told that "72c79fc765895d3369b6bfc2125a7aed" represents "bezzeg11" in a salted MD5 - can anyone identify what "salt" is being used here?? Perhaps the above hash is not a salted MD5 after all... Please help... |

you already have the plain why do you want to know the salt?
the "normal" MD5 hash of "bezzeg11" would be:144fcd57b48dfb5764669bd9d54cb92f |

In case some folks are wondering, the posted hash yielded the associated text but nobody can identify what "salt" was used... Knowing the salt, perhaps, will lead to being able to decrypt the following two hashes (apparently encrypted using the same salt):
ba697ebcbbad3014534eb684b492c810
3effd00df6fc6ea7b60004a49ce4340b
I was hoping to decrypt the above two hashes - posted them in 2010 but haven't received any associated responses (other than that they may be "salted MD5)... Perhaps, these are hashes that cannot be decrypted... Big thanks to anyone who can help... |
