lol are you joking?
well if you meant plain text password the answer is no, not from the ipb sql tables at least.
if you meant "is there ANY way to get them", the answer is depends on what version of ipb you are talking about.
of course all the other methods will work, like any other way into the server... or at least the sql database.
anyways what you will get from ipb sql tables are salted md5 hashes.. |

Two steps: 1) getting salted hash from database, 2) cracking the hash in order to reveal plaintext password. Both steps are not guaranteed to succeed. Better choice is getting into target server and then installing password logger, but in case of IPB it will get you only md5 hash, not plaintext, as far as i know ... |
