Useful for sql injection exploiting in Mysql, Oracle, MSSql, MSAccess and PostgreSql databases. Will encode plaintext strings, helping evade php "magic_quotes" and other similar obstacles in way of sql injection exploitation.
Design and layout will be improved in near future.
And of course - feedback is welcome.
