Maybe there is acces to statistics, like webalizer tables, or Apache "server-status". Then it will show in many cases admin GET requests. And there is option to bruteforce the new name of the administration script. If that new filename is easy to guess, then wordlist-based probing can reveal it, and if filename is short enough, then simple bruteforce will do the job. Only consider the fact, that such "hacking" method is very "noisy" and webmaster or admin will be very disturbed, after looking at Apache logs And if website has limited monthly traffic quota and you will waste them with one night, then...
