Can someone please help? My kid changed the admin password on my laptop and couldn't remember. I ran ophcrack and got this NT Hash

Hello,
got this hash from Ophcrack, the CD was used to find the password on a laptop.
I tested it and was able to find my own PC password, but I had no luck in helping my friend to find his lost password.
please if you can help here, would be much appreciated.
