well ide just like to start by saying last night at 2am i hacked a IPB forum i thort was yu-gi-oh and thort it would be a laugh but when i got r00t admin and loged in via proxy and checked the forum out i was disturbed to find every thead was about underage models and there wrere pics ive turned the fourm off and left a message saying im FBI but that was that and was wondering has this type of thing happend to anyone else.

also when i sometimes log into sites as R00t-admin i can't delete other admins on some forum its like somthing is disabled why is this ?

and last i was wondering how can i upload a Shell after gaining r00t account access ?

You should report the site anonymously to the authorities..

Sometimes there is a config file that has the user IDs of the admins, and the software will check that file if someone tries to demote or delete the user-ids.

You need to be able to execute your own php code to upload a shell. Alternatively you can try to ftp to the site with the root admin password.
