well ipb uses this:
| IPB 1.x.x | md5($pass)
| IPB 2.x.x | md5(md5($salt).md5($pass))
and most people use a bruteforcer this would be a good one:

and then you should get some dictionary also because a bruteforcer attack will take years...

and no there is no decrypt cause they guy who made md5,salt isn't announcing how he crypted it i don't know much about it so you sould probaly need to get a answer form a better one but i believe windows made it... |
