Hi,
I'm realy a nooby at this and I need some help... My target is a PhpBB2 based forum at a server which only hosts such forums. Several searches didn't show any other website at it. Nother problem is, that I don't know which version the hoster is using.
I want administrator access at that forum for just a couple of minutes so I can copy some information. Infact there is nothing I did in hacking already my brain just worked a bit and there are things i would like to reach...
I hope someone here can help me with exact information on what I have to do...

greez DD | Odds are you aren't going to be able to do it, especially since you have no experience whatsoever.
For a start, try going to http://www.thesite.com/forum/docs and see if the version update log is in there. If it is, the version of the forum is the last entry + 1 update. (e.g. 2.0.21 would mean the forum is 2.0.22).
Then do a search on a site like http://www.milw0rm.com and see what comes up. |
