Hey Guys,

Due to hosting conflicts and other issues Midga.org will be going offline. It has been fun and thanks to all your help over the last 2 years. The rainbow cracking project will continue and we are on IRC. More info at http://rainbow.sytes.net/. This is also the temp page for the new team. If anyone needs more information about the team or would like to help out just send me an e-mail. slimjim100@gmail.com

Thanks,

Slimjim100

Zer0-c00l,

The cracker is based on rainbow tables so it can only crack passwords that the tables support. The goal of the project was to get members to help make tables so we could crack more passwords. Allot of users like to use the site but only a few would help make the tables. It took about 2 weeks to make one table and the set had over 250 tables in it so it takes lots of help to make the tables. So I guess if you want a better and faster cracker help make the tables. The members that did help where able to get better results and personal accounts to the cracker. With the project joining the new team we may close the free hash cracking to a member?s only service. But thanks for your feedback Smile

project is good , i just think that if have a "normal" pc you can it with any md5 cracker and it will decrease time of waiting.
well now your project isnt popular, but if everythuing will be good and i hope , for hash result must wait a week as it is in popularest online md5 hash cracking project.
I mostly run dictionary atack to get hash result , and its works 70%-90% ..
But anyway i will recomend to everyone your project cauz you gring alot of work there and somebopdy must be that will enjoy 100% it and in hope will contribute it.
My english as always s*cks , but i hope you understand me correctly..Smile
