download the free version of navicat in http://www.navicat.com
then create a new connection and connect to your host remotly.
if access denied message seen, try to add new db user in MYSQL.USER with host = '%'
or
try to insert privileges in INFORMATION_SCHEMA.USER_PRIVILEGES with current user with host='%'
now u can connect to db remotly
