Is there a way, or a certain program, what will allow me to obtain the IP address of an online game server for the PS2 that you join?
This is because someone was able to hack in a server that wasn?t theirs. I asked him how did he even get the IP of the server is the game isn?t even run off his computer, but the PS2. He did not answer that question, however state that it was illegal and that it took him about 30 mins to actually get in and hack it using Cheat Engine, making himself invincible, etc. He did mention that he made his own program in C++ that lists all the IP?s of the server (maybe hacking into where the server connect to) and wrote another program that allowed him to hack it.
If you were wonder what game was this for, it?s Star Wars Battlefront 2 for the PS2 and they type of server you can run is located here: http://www.fileplanet.com/159925/150000/fi...erver-%5BPS2%5D
I assume that if there is a way, this method can be applied to other online games on different systems as well. |
