I've read several posts on obtaining admin access to phpbb forums but I am a bit uncertain on which approach works best. On my phpbb 2.0.18 forum, I've tried using XXS and when I enter as admin and select the image it sends the cookie information back to my web server properly, but I can't seem to get a proper md5 hash.
This is what I get:
Quote: | IP: localhost
Date and Time: 13 May, 2006, 1:04 pm
Referer: http://localhost/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1276 Cookie: phpbb2mysql_data=a:2:{s:11:\"autologinid\";s:32:\"35061923644600294181753.97662196\";s:6:\"userid\";i:2;}; phpbb2mysql_sid=5fde3f326523f1c6f04bd8ba0690870d; phpbb2mysql_t=a:3:{i:2491;i:1147142827;i:2489;i:1147142905;i:2488;i:1147142948;} |
Is this the md5 "35061923644600294181753.97662196"? If so can it be deciphered?
Also, what if I disable HTML, what other method could I use? |

Nope.
As far as I know does the cookie of newer phpBB versions not contain the MD5 hash. |
