One file was "dude.tar.gz" and the other was "bblite.tar". In both those files i find a whole lot of *.tpl files which kinda looks like a "frame" for the forum, it's a very basic view of the admin panel and other elements of the forum. And WinRar http://www.rarlabs.com/download.htm is good for opening this kind of archives in Windows environment.
