Hi - I found a cool module called Nuke Jokes
On another site I found the contact for the module as:
come2waraxeyahoo.com
Janek Vind "waraxe"
Homepage: http://www.waraxe.us/
So I take it I am in the right place.
In this article:
http://archives.neohapsis.com/archives/fulldisclosure/2004-05/0356.html
it mentions that there were many security problems with the module.
I would like to use this module for my site if there is a new version that is not prone to the problems that the current one is.
The article refers to a version 1.7 and 2 Beta - I found a version 2.1
Is the 2.1 version safe? or is there a new version available?
I tested the 2.1 on a development test site and the only problem I saw was that it would not save the jokes and add them unless the jokes were only a few words in length. I am sure that could be fixed but if I should not be using it then it would be a wasted effort.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
